How to Read Empty How to Read

I want to read but i kw only english ,but in that also there is a problem i eye sight was low and docter priscribed me many medicines and he told me that i have to avoide the reading in late night but the problem is that i was not comfirtable as reading the books in day time ,its lots of disturbance ther so what should i do now ?
